Barbara Ann Burris went to be with the Lord, on April 30, 2022. She transitioned from her earthly home to her Heavenly Home.

Barbara was born November 8, 1948, in Highlands, Texas to Clemon Burris Sr and Hazel Burns Burris. She was the oldest child born with two siblings, Clemon III, and Patricia.

She was baptized at an early age at St. John Baptist Church in Baytown and accepted Christ Jesus into her life. Barbara graduated high school from George Washington Carver High School in 1967. She attended Cosmetology School after graduation from high school. She later decided to work as a Security Guard at Exxon, Special Education Para Professional at Hamblen Elementary school, then a Care Giver-in St. Louis, Missouri. She was an Evangelist, Ordained as a Minister, and a Prayer Warrior to many. She wrote a book, had a Podcast, and ministered/prayed for people.  She continued to speak the word of God when her health started to fail her.

Her parents, Clemon Burris Sr., Hazel Burris, and son Keith J. Erwin proceeded her in death.

Barbara leaves to mourn a dedicated cherished son, Terence Erwin(Tiffany), grandchildren; Ashley Erwin, Brooklyn Erwin, Skylar Erwin; great grandchildren, Johann Samuel; brother, Clemon III(Ruth); Sister, Patricia Carter; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; Aunt Betty Burns, Uncle AJ Burns(Naomi)-California; and a host of cousins, and  relatives/friends.
