On April 8, 1964 a baby girl was born to Robert and Mable Gold in Liberty, Texas.  The family later moved to Baytown, Texas, where Betty graduated from Robert E. Lee High School.  Later in life Betty united with Word of Faith Fellowship, Baytown, Texas under the leadership of Pastor Mary and George Frazier.

Betty met and married Osita Onyilimba.  Betty, was a loving, caring and giving woman with a big heart. She loved helping everyone.  Betty worked as a CNA for many years. She also became a security guard officer.

Betty was very dependable and reliable to her family and friends.  She was a very devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend.  She made a point to let her family know that family came first.

She leaves in Gods care to cherish her memories: Her beloved husband: Osita Onyilimba. Daughters: Richandra Arceneaux ; Abril Gold; Son: Darius Gold.  Sister: Agnes Simien (Robert); Brothers: Rickey Gold, Vernon Gold (Areonna); Lonnie Gold; Anthony Gold.  Best friend of 35 years Bronica Walker; Goddaughter: Trible Braxton; Seven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
