Carol Ann Goudeau-Thomas was born on July 9, 1945 in McNair, Texas.
She was the third out of eleven children born to Walter and Dorothy Goudeau. Carol Ann was delivered by her grandmother Mary Carrier who was the community mid-wife. She departed this life on July 13, 2019 at the Age of 74.
