Debra Ann Stephens was born on December 14, 1953, New Orleans, Louisiana to Marshall Stephens, Sr and Lola Mae Sinegal Stephens of Ville Platte, Louisiana.  To this union three children were born, Charles Ray Stephens Sr., Marshall Stephens, Jr. and Debra Stephens.

Debra was called home to be with her Heavenly Father YHWH (God), Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 6:02 p.m. in Houston, Texas.

Debra is survived by her brother, Marshall (Bug) Stephens, Jr.; seven (7) children, Tasha E. Stephens, Morrisville, NC., Aristotle D. Stephens, Daneika S. Cummings (Michael), Onaja R. Stephens, Hayle M. Stephens all of New Orleans, La.; Also, mother to and raised as her children, Eraina S. Palazzo, Charles R. Stephens Jr., all of New Orleans, La.; Ten (10) grandchildren; Ariel Stephens, Divine Woodfin, Chelsie Stephens, Elizabeth Stephens, Dayla Cummings, Amarie Stephens, Aydenn Stephens, Maxton Cummings, Charles Stephens III, Sariyah Goudoau; Two (2) great-grandchildren; Mallory Stephens and Mia Stephens. Her Louisiana and Texas family, church family and friends.
