Dwayne Evans Barnes (known to many by ("Debo") 55 years old passed away March 29, 2019 in a Sugarland Hospital. He is the son of the late Mr. Clifford Charles Barnes and Ms. Jimmie Lee McGlory. Dwayne attended Goose Creek School District and remained a resident of Baytown all of his life. He is survived by his mother, three sisters, one brother and host of relatives and friends.
