Geraldine Robinson, passed away on August 24, 2023 and got her wings.

Preceding her in death are her parents Helen and Willie Doucett. Alongside preceding death are her siblings Clay Doucett and Lora (Mamie) Johnson. Geraldine is survived by her siblings Wynell Jackson, Ann Nichols, and Lexie St. Julian. Geraldine is survived by her 3 children Kit Beaty, James Robinson Jr., Cheryl Bates. Her grandchildren are Joshua Arceneaux, Ja'me Robinson, Jazzmin Bates, Chris Arceneaux, Johnne' Jones, Meshach Bates and Myshae Bates.

Geraldine grew up in McNair, Texas.

With heavy hearts, but still praising God, Geraldine is loved and will be missed. Geraldine was selfless, always putting others before herself. She was truly a nurse at heart and would take care of anyone and everyone from her family to extended family. Geraldine was a complete joy to be around and often brought a smile on everyone's face and warm embrace. Above all, Geraldine had strong faith in Jesus Christ who now is her heavenly father along with many other family members that have been called home. Her favorite station was TBN. She also made sure you had a hot plate of food before going to bed. Geraldine loved speaking about family history and importance of family. Geraldine's legacy will live on forever through the many stories she shared and the memories of those who had the opportunity to know her.
