Houston Jr.
October 27, 1951 – September 20, 2021
On October 27, 1951, his mother Jarvis Marie Harrison and his father Herman Lee Houston welcome their twins into the world by the names of Helen Mae Houston and Herman Ray Houston. Herman whom is known as "Red" by his family and friends; "Ray,Ray" by his loving wife Donna and "Clipper-man" by his clients.
In 1986, God called him to Baytown, Texas and he resided under the leadership of Apostle Boyd for a season as a prophet and evangelist. Later, God told him on June 22, 1998, to start a church in the living room of his apartment with twelve chairs. Brother Herman was faithful (Humanity and before Honor). A week later, God brought in his wife "Donna Jill Johnson", her son-Christopher Johnson and daughter-Iris Elyane Buchanan and brought them together by his divine appointment in Holy Matrimony on February 13, 1999. They continued to be faithful in their Ministry "The Lord Our Righteousness Holiness Church" up to the moment of his departure in the arms of Our Heavenly Father and Our Lord jesus Chrisrt on September 20, 2021.
Pastor Houston's memory will be cherished by his wife: Donna Jill, step-daughter: Isis Elyane Shoel, step-son: Christopher Jerome Johnson (LaTesha): mother-in-law: Dorothy M. Buchanan Terry and five grandchildren.
In memory, he leaves three siblings: two step-sisters: Linda Jones and Jarvis Marie Jones: twin sister: Helen Mae Houston, sister-in-law: Sarah Houston, aunt: Annette Houston and host of nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family and friends.
