Israel Hill was born on April 15, 1937 and departed this life on July 2, 2021. He was born in Dominica and came to the United States in the 1960's. Israel was known for his hard working and helpful spirit.

He was preceded in death by his father, Perryman Hill and his mother, Bertha Hill.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Tommie Hill; his daughter, Jacqueline Hill of St. Croix; his son, Fred Cooper (Lisa); his brothers, Emmanuel Hill (Maureen) of Corpus Christi and Green Hill of Corpus Christi; his sister, Matilda Hill of St. Thomas. He also leaves a grandson, 4 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and many other relatives and friends.
