James Mason Tubbs Jr. went to be with the Lord on February 22, 2021. He was born on May 20, 1961 in Baytown, Texas to James and Viola Tubbs Sr. He attended Ross S Sterling High School , graduated in 1979. James continued his education at Kilgore Junior College and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Henderson State University. James also was a beloved Teacher/Coach at GCCISD for many years and from there he went on to continue his career at Syngas Chemical Plant in LaPorte, Texas until his passing. He was proceeded in death by his father, James Mason Tubbs Sr. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife, Natalie Marie Tubbs; Mother, Viola Tubbs; sisters Audrey Johnson and Belinda (Donald) Ray; Brothers, Anthony (Debra) Tubbs and Wayne Michael (Sheilah) Tubbs. Mother in law, Maggie Mathis; sisters in law; Aprillie Mathis, Alyssia Mathis and brother in law; Nathaniel Mathis III. Stepchildren; Raven Ramsey and Elijah Chenier, Grandson, Londyn Lofton; Godchildren, Camden, Racquel and Marshall and a host of family and friends. James had such an infectious smile. He had a warm and caring personality, he was loved by many. James will truly be missed by everyone.
