Joe Richardson, 72 of Baytown passed away March 31, 2023 at UTMB hospital in Clearlake.
Joe was born in Henderson, Texas February 22, 1951.
He is survived by his son Clemon, three granddaughters; sisters Joyce and Ann of Pontiac, Michigan; two aunts Susan Hildreth and Marva Black of Nacogdoches, Texas.
