On March 19, 2022, the Lord reached down and claimed another one of His Servants, Johnnie Lee Beaty, Jr. Johnnie was born on November 30, 1951 to the late Doreatha Prichett and Johnnie Lee Beaty, Sr. Johnnie grew up in Baytown TX, where he graduated from Robert E Lee High School and attended Prairie View University.

He was a member of New Covenant Church in Humble TX under the headship of Pastor Frank Mazzapica. He is survived by his wife of 34 years Kit Renee Beaty; his children Bryan Beaty (Annette), Johnne' Jones (Detrick), Chris Arceneaux and Josh Arceneaux; his siblings Lena Drake and Linda Gipson; his grandchildren Devyn Beaty, Dorothy Jones, and Charlee and Christian Arceneaux. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and beloved family & friends.

Johnnie is preceded in death by his mother Doreatha Prichett, his father Johnnie Lee Beaty Sr., and his sister Dorothy Walker.

Everyone knew and loved Johnnie from the employees at his local car wash (he would frequent), his bank, his local CVS, Steve's Store, and his beloved coworkers. Johnnie held a successful career with ExxonMobil for over 30 years. After enjoying retirement for a few years, he accepted a position with GardaWorld as the head security officer at Kelsey-Seybold. His coworkers quickly became an addition to his family and deemed him as The Mayor of Kingwood.

Johnnie was a good person to everyone. His heart was big, and he opened it to all. He was a loving and devoted husband & father. Whether it was paying the bills, doing the laundry, or keeping the cars clean, he was the foundation of his household and left no task undone for his family.

No matter where life took Johnnie, he always had time to share the good news of Jesus and invite them to New Covenant Church to experience it for themselves.

Johnnie, you touched our lives immensely. Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean, I'll miss you until we meet again.
