Leroy M. Pitre a life-time residence of Baytown passed away in a Houston hospital.  Leroy attended and graduate from Goose Creek Independent School District.  Leroy also served in the Army during the Vietnam era receiving several medals: National Defense Service Medial; Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross W/Palm; Vietnam service Metal; and Republic of Vietnam Medal W/device 1960.  He leaves a wife, and five children to cherish his memories.
