Mildred "Popsicles" Liner was born December 20th 1935 in Kilgore, Texas. She went to be with the Lord on July 8th 2021 at Houston Methodist Continuing Care in Katy Texas.

She was the second born to the late Waddie Jackson and Bishop Liner. She accepted Christianity and the Lord Savior at an early age at Kilgore Baptist Church in Kilgore, Texas. She loved caring for people.

She moved to Baytown, Texas in the late 70s where she worked as a Professional Nurses assistant for over 30 years.

She is survived by two daughters: Dianna Sue Liner, Benita Dawn Watson, one son: Kenneth Wayne Jones all from Houston, Texas and numerous  relatives and friends.
