Myrtis Goudeau Richard, 91, of Baytown,Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2024,
in her home, surrounded by family.

Myrtis, lovingly known as "Banny" by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, was born
February 17,1932, to parents Burnis Goudeau, Sr., and Lula Mae Williams Goudeau. She married
Carl Richard in 1949. Carl and Myrtis shared 54 years together and had six beautiful children.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, husband, and two sons, Ted (Karen) and Hal.
Myrtis is survived by children Michele(Michael), Donna (Nathan), Tony (Lori), and
Elaine (Rickey),11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, one on the way, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.

Myrtis lived her life as a faithful Catholic and was a founding member of Holy Family Catholic Church in McNair, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Holy Family Catholic Church Building Fund in memory of Myrtis Goudeau Richard.
