Parnell Frank was born on July 2, 1950 to the late Morris and Francis Parnell Frank. He was born in Baytown, Texas where he attended George Washington Carver Elementary and graduated from Ross S. Sterling High School. Parnell married in 1966 Sandra Freeman, Ethel Gabriel in 1988, and Emily Piere in 2011. From these unions his precious memories are with his children: Sonya Johnson (Darrell); Chi'Nell Hooper (Ronnie); Parnell Frank Jr. (Leona); Yolanda Piere; Ortencia Brown (David) and stepson: Eldridge Gabriel. Brother: Larry Frank, fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends.
