Prysler Norville Norfleet Sr. was born on November 8th, 1929 in Mobile, Alabama to the union of John Norfleet and Annie Mae Lloyd Norfleet.

He graduated from Central High School in Mobile, Alabama. He worked for Maxwell House Coffee and retired after 30 years of employment.

He had a great love for Jazz music and in his younger years, he played the bass in a group with his brothers called "The Norfleet Brother's Trio".

Prysler was preceded in death by his wife, Earline Narcisse Norfleet. Parents: John Norfleet and Annie Mae Lloyd, one sister, Francis Lee: and three brothers, Melvin Norfleet, James Norfleet and Clarence Norfleet.

Prysler's memory will be cherished by his four children; Debbie Streety, Harold Norfleet (Jackie), Carol Norfleet and Prysler Norfleet Jr. (Sarah). Eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
