Trevor Hixroy Robinson, born July 23, 1947, departed this life on August 4, 2026. He is remembered with deep respect and admiration by all those whose lives he touched. Throughout his seventy-nine years, Trevor’s character, warmth, and steadfast devotion to family and friends defined an honorable legacy.
Trevor’s entrepreneurial spirit was a central part of his life. As a self-employed businessman, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to his work, demonstrating both innovation and perseverance throughout his career. His commitment to forging his own path set an example of independence and diligence for all who knew him.
Beyond professional endeavors, Trevor’s enduring legacy is truly encapsulated by the family he worked so diligently to build and nurture. He was, in every sense, a great husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Those close to him remember the strength of his presence, the wisdom he offered in both small moments and times of need, and the unwavering support that characterized his relationships.
Trevor is survived by his beloved wife, Zita Robinson, who stood by him in life and love through many seasons. He is also lovingly remembered by his daughters, Travelle Robinson and Maureen Jones, and a cherished grandchild, both of whom were sources of immense pride and joy. Each memory Trevor created with his family is a testament to his gentle nature and the deep affection at the heart of his life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Robinson, and mother, Ida Mitchell Robinson. The values and guidance they instilled in Trevor helped shape the loving person he became, leaving a lasting impression now carried forward by his family.
To honor his memory, a private visitation will be held at Frazier Funeral Home, located at 7623 Harrison St, Baytown, TX 77521. Trevor will be returned home to Jamica, where it all begin, for services to be held on September 5, 2026
