Ms. Twanetter Frazier born March 16, 1972 to Mr. Philemon King and Violet Castle in Baytown, Texas.  Twanetter spent her childhood in Baytown, Texas and attended public schools graduating from Ross S. Sterling.  She was united with Celebration of Life Church under the leadership of Pastors Todd and Cyndy Mooring.  She leaves to cherish her memories 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

On February 14, 2019 the Lord said to Twanetter well done my good faithful servant, we know we will see her again when we get the call.  Celebration service will be held on Saturday February 23, 2019 at Frazier Funeral Home Chapel, 7623 Harrison Street, Baytown, TX. Visitation with the family starts at 10am and the  celebration service at 11am; interment at Holy Family Cemetery, Crosby.
