Wiley Parker Sr., departed this earthly life, to rest in peace on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.  Wiley had a wonderful soul and humorous personally.  He loved fishing and watching westerns.  Wiley is survived by his son Wiley Jr., daughters; Sharion Norwood and Yolanda Parker, six grandchildren and a sister: Lugenia Parker.  Officiating the service will be Pastor Undra Parker and Chaplain Dwain Williams, eulogist.
