Winston Neil Moreno, age 50, of Baytown Texas died on Dec 11, 2020, at a Baytown Hospital. Born in St. Croix, raised in Texas, and made trouble in Brooklyn.

Neil was born on May 25, 1970, to Eric Baby and Sharon Moreno in St. Croix. They later moved to Texas where he spent most of his childhood. After some time, his family moved to Brooklyn where he attended Wingate High School and went on to excel in culinary courses to fulfill his passion for cooking.

Neil married Tricia Blackett on July 3rd, 1999, in Brooklyn, NY and they had one son Triston. Neil worked as a Chef at Grace's Trattoria in New York for many years and Silver Bay Seafood's in Alaska just before he died. He was an avid fisher and would often go to the bay near his home to pass the time. He attended St. John's Catholic Church on Sundays with his family in Baytown.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his Mother: Sharon Moreno; Son: Triston Moreno; Wife: Tricia Moreno. Brothers: Ron, & Eric Moreno; Sisters: Erica Smith & Elizbeth Moreno; Nephews Deron & Jaden Moreno, Niece; Tamia Moreno, uncles, aunts and cousins.
